Terms of Service

In short

Internal ticket sales are optional for eligible events on the Polish Koncertuj.com service. They use a separate checkout governed by the Polish terms. A band can always publish a link to another ticketing system instead.
This English-language version is free for bands and venues. It does not sell tickets, process payments or charge a ticketing commission.
Ticket links in this version lead to an external seller. Your ticket contract is with that seller, not with us.
You own what you publish. You are responsible for it being true, and for having the right to publish it.
You can request account deletion at any time. Open operations, complaints, notices or security cases may need to be completed first.

1. Who we are

The Service at letsplayagig.com is operated by Localize.pl Agenor Hofmann-Delbor, ul. Włościańska 57/13, 70-021 Szczecin, Polish tax ID (NIP) 9551885714. You can reach us at info@koncertuj.com or by phone at +48 533 758 868.

The operator is established in the European Union. The GDPR applies to our processing. Mandatory consumer protections depend on the law applicable to your individual agreement and place of residence.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets bands plan tours and publish them, lets venues publish what they offer, and lets anyone browse both. Using it is free of charge for bands and venues, and no account is needed to browse.

The tour planner produces estimates. Fuel, beds, food and settlement figures are calculations from the numbers you enter and from reference rates that you can edit. They are not an offer, a quote or a guarantee of anything.

3. Ticketing in this version

This English-language version does not sell tickets, process payments or become a party to any ticket transaction. Where an event page shows a “Get tickets” link, that link leads to a third party chosen by the band or the venue.

Everything about that purchase — the price, the contract, delivery, refunds, cancellations and complaints — is between you and that seller, under their terms. We do not hold your money at any point and cannot refund a ticket we never sold.

Bands and venues are responsible for the links they publish, including keeping them working and pointing at the right event.

Eligible events in Poland may instead use the separate Koncertuj.com checkout. Those purchases are governed by the Polish ticket sales terms, including the displayed service fee.

4. Accounts

An account is for a band or for a venue. When you create one you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you are authorised to act for the band or venue you are registering.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has access to your account.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to everything you upload — text, photos, logos, links. By publishing it here you allow us to display it within the Service and to include it where the Service is presented (for example a city page or a search result).

You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish. Do not upload:

material you do not have the rights to;
somebody else's personal data without a basis for publishing it;
content that is unlawful, misleading, or presents an event that does not exist.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we do.

You can report suspected illegal content through our electronic notice form. We acknowledge receipt, review notices without undue delay, and communicate a reasoned decision together with available redress options.

6. The venue directory

The directory contains venues that have no account here. Those entries are built from open data and confirmed against the venue's own website; we publish institutional contact details only. An entry does not mean the venue takes part in the Service, and each one says so.

If you represent a listed venue you can claim the entry and edit it, or have it removed immediately. See Where venue data comes from.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will tell registered users by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can delete your account before that date.

8. Liability

We are responsible for the Service itself. We are not responsible for what bands, venues or ticket sellers do — including a show that does not happen, a ticket that is not honoured, or a settlement that a venue does not pay.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or intent and gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending the agreement

You can request permanent account deletion at any time from your panel. It is normally immediate. If an open complaint, content notice or security investigation concerns the account, deletion may require that process to be completed first. We retain only data that the law requires or that is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why.

11. Complaints and disputes

Write to info@koncertuj.com. We answer complaints within 14 days.

Consumers can find the competent alternative dispute resolution body through the European Commission's consumer redress information service. In Poland, information about consumer mediation and permanent consumer arbitration courts is available from UOKiK. Using ADR is voluntary unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Governing law

Polish law applies, and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live, and you may also bring proceedings there.
