1Tour cities

The playing order is the order you click. Type a city, enter its country code and press Enter to add it, including one we do not list yet. Each stop on the map and in the list on the right has its own settings.

Merch production (€)
Average merch revenue per attendee (€)
One-off costs that do not depend on the number of cities: merch production, gear hire and servicing, the van, the sound engineer, printing. The forecast is estimated revenue from sales at the shows, without the platform acting as an intermediary.
Real amounts instead of the estimate (optional)
Beds — total (€)
Fuel — total (€)
Leave a field empty to calculate it automatically. Beds use €45 per person per night; fuel uses distance, consumption and price. An entered total overrides that estimate.

What the band earns

Left over
Cities are played in the order you add them. Beds are estimated at {rate} per person per night — “skip” on a stop drops the night in that city, and section 4 takes a real negotiated total for beds or fuel instead of the estimate. Attendance defaults to the tour-wide figure in section 3 and can be overridden per city. Food is set per city, per person. Ticket and event links are stored on the stop and shown in the map tooltip.
The estimate leaves out performance royalties (PRS, GEMA, ZAiKS and their local cousins) and taxes — usually the venue handles them as the organiser. With room hire the band IS the organiser, so royalties can land on you: budget them separately.
