One event, one clearly named seller
Most shows use the official HTTPS link of the seller chosen by the band or venue. An eligible UK pilot can instead use organizer-direct Stripe checkout through LetsPlayAGig.
How it works
- the band or venue identifies the official seller; an eligible UK organizer can connect its Stripe account
- the event page shows either the seller's official link or the organizer-direct pilot checkout
- the named seller remains responsible for the ticket contract, refunds and purchase terms
- LetsPlayAGig issues QR tickets in the pilot; external sellers deliver their own tickets
- the named organizer or external seller remains responsible for the ticket contract
